WHY I'M BOWLING
Even though I am remarkably terrible at bowling, I'm bowling because without access, abortion rights are meaningless. One's ability to plan their family, to be safe and well and supported, shouldn't depend on their income. In my city, Baltimore, 25% of people live below the poverty line, even though Maryland is the richest state in the U.S. Of course, this directly impacts peoples' ability to access and pay for healthcare! I hate this.
So I've taken a leadership role at BAF, and am doing something about it for my city.
