WHY I'M BOWLING

Hi Everyone!

This year I am participating in NYAAF's bowlathon, because I believe in putting your money where your values are, and because I can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday than bowling to support abortion access.

The reality is that freedom to choose is about more than legalization - it's about access. And as part of a team of intake case managers that staffs NYAAF's intake hotline, I've seen first hand how closely economic injustice stands in the way of reproductive freedom.

So, this year I'm lacing up my shoes and polishing my bowling ball to raise money for my local abortion fund, the New York Abortion Access Fund (NYAAF).

You can help me hit my goal, watch me make a fool of myself as I throw gutterball after gutterball, and ensure that this bowlathon is NYAAF's most successful yet.

Plus, as an added bonus, I will send each person who donates a joke about a gynotician near you.
