WHY I'M BOWLING

I'm bowling because I believe that everyone should have access to the abortions they need, regardless of how much money they have.

Because of unfair and unnecessary laws, and the culture we live in that devalues the agency of women and people of color, poor people, disabled folks, and queer and trans people, safe and legal abortions can be out of reach of those who don't have the money to pay for them. I don't think that's right, so I'm doing something about it.

I'm raising money for RRFP because they are 1 of only 2 abortion funds in the entire state of Virginia but provide funding and support to folks across the state, in the DMV area, and along the east coast. That's a huge job! Without this annual fundraiser and the unending grassroots support, RRFP wouldn't be able to do what they do so well. $1 or $500 will go a long way. 

RRFP is a model of possibility, showing us all that we are capable of providing real support to urgent needs in our community while committing to big and bold visions of a future with reproductive justice for all.
